The 3 minute conversation is set at a private cocktail style table that gives you the chance to get the "basics" on the person you are talking with. When it is time to switch to the next "date" all you need to do is mark your scorecard with a "yes" or "no" and move on. If you select someone as a "yes" and they do the same, you will be notified of this match after the event by email. Then the rest is up to you!

What happens at an event?

Each party is held at fun, cool locations and is organized so you'll meet oodles of people on a string of real live mini-dates. When you arrive you will see a Fast Date Events Host in a T-shirt who will register and give you a scorecard, a name badge and a pen, then invite you to have a drink at the bar. Once everyone has arrived the host will explain how speed dating works and answer any questions. Then the FUN begins. You'll talk to the person across from you until your host blows the whistle to indicate your date is over (no matter how cute they are!) That's your signal that it's time to move on to the next Fast Date Events dater for another whirlwind conversation. And on it goes! Get the picture? After each date, you'll ever-so-discreetly circle a "yes" or "no" next to each person's ID number on your scorecard to indicate if you want to be in touch. At the end of the evening many people stay around to chat to the people they've just met. Sound crazy? It is! But that's why it's so much fun! After the event

At the end of the evening the host collects the scorecards and enters it into our system. The matching process is automatically calculated by our software within 24 hours of the event. Your match results are then sent to your chosen email address. By default, only your email address will be disclosed to your Mutual Matches. After the event you can get in touch with anyone you've matched with to setup a real date!
